3. Kernels of Bitter Almond and Indian Almonds. They are the richest source of vitamin B17 in nature.

4. Mulberries – You can consider almost all mulberries such as – black mulberry, blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry.

5. Seed like sesame and linseed. Seed of linen or flax seed.

6. Groats of Oats, Barley, brown rice, Groats of Block wheat, linseed, millet and rye.

In addition, Vitamin B17 is also found in grains and fruit stones of Apricot, Brewer yeast, Rough rice, paddy and pumpkin.

Let’s see some of the lists of Anti-cancer foods.

- Apricot, kernel or seeds.

- Seeds from other fruits like apples, cherries, peaches, prunes, plums, pears.

-  Lima beans, fava beans, wheat grass, almonds, raspberries, elderberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, buck wheat, sorghum, barley, millet, cashews, macadamia nuts and bean sprouts.
