There are reasons why you are "stuck" in your life and this is not because one of your parents cursed you neither because you did not make any purification. The truth is that:

1. You never took the time to actually sit down and think about what you want to do with your life. I'm not talking about what you want to do today or in six months but really in 10-20 years and even further: How you see yourself when you retire from your career? What do you want your life to look like when you leave this world?

2. You have neither the courage nor the patience to ask God what you really want in your life. You do not realize or believe in the efficiency of the prayer and very often you do not even pray for your future or at least your prayers concerning your future are vague.

3. You get distracted by following the lives of others rather than concentrating on your own life; Why do some people succeed in life, why some others fail? Why is it that life is a never-ending success story to some while others feel overwhelmed by all kind of issues or unfortunate injustices?

Everything is just a matter of focus. Really. The world in which we live has a lot of distraction and if you want to live happily, you must first live your life, not that of others because it is really when you start living the lives of others that you no longer advance in your life.

To get out of the blockage in which you live, you must first get rid of all distraction, all the elements that keep you from positively reflecting on your immutable past, strategizing on your more than controllable present and dreaming about your marvellous future:

- Sport / Music, etc. ...: unless you dream of becoming a sports star, your only idol must be yourself and not a Cristiano Ronaldo or a Lionel Messi. Ronaldo himself said in an interview that he was his only idol. It is the same for many other athletes and superstars. And yet, you spend hours watching their matches, gossiping about their lives and you have a poster of some of them on the wall of your room.

You give a lot of energy to athletes or artists who do not even know you and do not share your life. It is your energy that makes them stronger and it is for them that you pray without realizing it instead of praying for yourself.

- TV shows: binge-watching on telenovelas and/or other American soap operas cause you to waste a lot of time in your life and "literally" block your brain or any positive energy process that can make you evolve towards a better version of yourself.

Sometimes even after watching a Brazilian series, you find yourself spending hours of passionate discussion with friends or your family on the behaviour of some fictional characters. To give you some perspective, 2 hours of soap opera per day for a year is the equivalent of 91 working days or 4 months of salary. Even if you didn't have more ambition than doing the same job you're doing, you would end up 25% richer if you were purely working.

- Porn Movies: Porn movies are very dangerous not only spiritually but also energetically. You really create bad luck to yourself by watching these films and you deprive yourself of a beneficial energy you definitely need to build your future. In general, any activity that is not morally correct affects your energy, but the worst are those activities that let you sin against your own body.

My friend, you don't know it but when you unburden your seed by exciting yourself on a star of a film of this kind, you're having an intercourse with her in your heart. It is also a lot of energy that you send in the void: if you observe your body and your spirit, you will realize that you feel very exhausted mentally and physically sometimes several days afterwards.

- Gossiping: Spending time talking badly about other people behind their back can give you some malign pleasure but the truth is that talking badly about people is as harmful as smoking from a spiritual point of view. Every single bad word that comes out of your mouth is like a venom for your mind that keeps you from talking about yourself, your future or thinking about your own and thus building your future.

Even discussions about politicians or other public figures that are not part of your life are a waste of time from an energetic point of view. Unless you do politics yourself, when you think about it you realize that you don't need to talk about the lives of politicians or other personalities.

- Too much Social networking: on Facebook, people show their lives in the best possible way, giving you the impression that they have a good life but the truth is that if you are so happy, do you need to look for moral support on the Internet?

If you're going to put a new status on Facebook every day or show photos of yourself for any reason, maybe you cannot find the social, personal and family support that you need in your own home. Spending time reading other people's status or updating their status on Facebook is a great waste of time and energy that could be better used. YouTube or any other social network is no better.

Assuming that you have managed to get out of all the distractions of life, the next step you have to make to move forward in your life is to plan your life. When you were younger, your parents often asked you, "What do you want to become when you grow up?" That little sentence has helped you become what you are today in a way you can’t imagine: you should not stop asking yourself this question until the end of your days. But you have to be more specific now.

In 10 years, 20 years, when you're going to retire, what kind of work/life balance would you like to have? What kind of salary would you like to earn? What kind of car, house, neighbourhood would you like to have? What kind of spouse would you like to have? What activities would you like to do spend with your children and how would you like to raise them?

In Matthew 7 Jesus says, "Ask, and they shall give you; seek, and you will find; knock, and they shall open to you. 8 For whosoever asketh receives, he that seeketh findeth, and is opened unto him that striketh. 9 Which of you shall give a stone to his son, if he asks of him bread? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11For then, wicked as you are, you know how to give good things to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask them."

What Jesus means is that prayer is really effective and God will provide for anyone who asks for help. Some people have a weak faith and need to pray longer for their requests to come true, others have a very great faith and for them, the world seems to bend to their will and they seem to be every day under the blessing of the providence.

My friend, whatever may be your faith, you must know that if you pray long enough for something good and that serve a noble cause, God will help you to realize it. Once you figure out what you want in your life, you should pray every day for it. Of course, you must have noble goals in life, not goals of success to dominate and crush others but you will have to pray for it, pray constantly and stay focused.

My friend, let me give you this method to pray effectively and to get out of all the blockages you know in your life: - Take off all the posters that are on your wall and reduce your time on soap operas;

- Take a sheet of white paper write down what you want to become later in life. Do you want to be a doctor or an engineer? Do a photomontage of yourself as a doctor or engineer. Glue stickers of the companies in which you would like to work and put that on the wall of your bedroom;

- Then have the courage to dream. Dream of how you are going to achieve that goal you have given yourself. Dream of where you will study to have the degree that will give you the job that you want, dream of the academic results you need to succeed in getting a scholarship. Dream of how you will help the people around you once you have succeeded in life;

- Finally, pray. Pray every day to make your dream come true. Pray unrelentingly until you see your dream become a reality.

My friend, stop idealizing Cristiano Ronaldo or any other public figure and become the true hero of your life, your family and your professional career. Then you will be surprised to see the spirit of God manifests itself in your life. So, whatever your social origin, your race or the city you are in, you will see that you will realize achievements that no one else has ever dared to imagine.
